There have been countless meetings that I have attended where transportation has been the main barrier for our veterans… we can overcome this barrier for some of our participants with our partnership.

Most of our students do not have access to safe transportation, never mind their own car. ICW is so excited to partner with Second Chance Cars — with our programming and SCC’s vehicles, the possibilities for our students will be endless!

It was incredibly rewarding for me and my family to actually see our old car helping someone else.

Dan Holin and his organization have given us the wonderful opportunity to enrich the collision repair learning experiences of our students by adding an element of service to the community.  I especially love that the students get to participate in the awarding of the vehicle to see first-hand the impact their work and achievements have on the recipients. I believe that the experience provides a greater sense of relevance and purpose to their work, and a stronger connection to their community,
